AQUA TITE-FP is a water based proprietary solution that provides a durable, transparent protective barrier against oil and water on concrete and other porous masonry or mineral surfaces. AQUA-TITE FP chemically bonds with the surface, providing long-term, invisible barrier protection.
Excellent water/oil repellent coating for driveways, vehicle bays, light industrial flooring, aircraft hangers, concrete, brick, grout, terra cotta, sandstone, unglazed decorative tiling, gypsum drywall, unpolished stone and granite surfaces, stucco, roof tiles and plaster.

Limitations:

Do not apply to coated, glazed, polished or smooth surfaces as it may etch or damage the surface.
Do not apply to glass, wood or aluminum, etching may occur.
DO not apply to glazed anything.
Will not "bridge" cracks wider than 1mm.
Not for use on shale or other oil rock..
Light colored surfaces may show the surface staining from contaminants, but will be removable by cleaning.
Do not apply to painted or sealed surfaces.
Do not apply when it may rain before Aqua-Tite FP will have a chance to dry.
Do not allow to freeze. Store above 32 degrees Fahrenheit.
Do not apply when air or surface temperatures are below 40 degrees Fahrenheit or are expected to fall there before coating can dry.

Drying Time:

Normally dries in 2-4 hours and cures in 24-48 hours. Low temperatures and high humidity can extend drying/curing time.
